Asian Skin – Naturally Younger
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Stephanie_Younger]Stephanie Younger

It’s common to find young Asian women trying to defy the natural yellowish-tone of their by smoothing on whitening lotions or creams that comes bottled-up with whitening agents. Fairness and a healthy glow is what most women vie for. Asians have more melanin in their skin, so they tend to look, not darker, but more yellow than other races. The shade of yellow can range from very light to tan.

Generally speaking, it’s easier for Asians to maintain their skin because of their diet and their skin and we all know that Asians don’t age as quickly as Westerners. It’s easier, in short, for them to look years younger than they really are. With good skincare regime, a healthy diet and exercise, an Asian woman can look more than eight to ten years younger than her real age….without too much effort.

The biggest enemy to young Asian skin is the sun. Women from countries with consistently hot weather all-year-round will need to be extra careful about the stuff that they use, using sun screen whenever they head out and regularly maintain a good routine before bed time. Even good skin can be damaged by the sun if proper care is not observed. Moisturizer applied in the morning, before heading out to work, will keep skin moisturized during the day. Not only will the sun dry out the skin, the air-conditioning system have a huge role to play as well.

Dark patches of skin are direct results of sun damage – the sun is your best friend on the beach but it’s too easy to forget that it’s a fiend to the skin. It makes scrubbing your skin clean at night an impossibly necessary part of your life – but not scrubbing too hard. Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin religiously if your line of work requires you to be out under the sun a lot.

Once or twice a week, you’ll need a gentle exfoliating lotion, cream or powder to scrub the dead skin cells off. Do NOT exfoliate too often because it will dry out the skin and cause extra production of oil and sebum which clogs pores.

And let’s not forget food for our skin. Keeping away from oily food is a good idea, but more importantly, we should consume more fruits and vegetables (a great source of Vitamin A and C) if we want jaw-dropping skin. Vitamin A gives you skin with head-turning glow while Vitamin C promotes production of collagen which enhances elasticity of your skin.

The Secret of How to Make Organic Baby Skin Care Products Revealed

By Yigal Ben Atiya

When you bring your baby home and you want to ensure he gets the best in organic skin care, you may realize that the optimum way to get the kind of products you need is to make your own. They are quite easy to create and they make great gifts too! It doesn’t matter if you are the new parent, a relative or a friend, or simply want to try out making them on your own, you will be awestruck at how easy and inexpensive it is to make these products.

You might need to do a little cooking to make your own organic products, but you’ll be surprised how easy it really is. With the exception of steeping some herbs, there is very little work involved, and if you grow your own herbs, you can make organic baby skin care products for almost nothing, using your own fresh ingredients.

It’s much safer to use all natural powder for your baby because the talc in most products can cause some serious problems with the respiratory system in babies. Although a few doctors will suggest that you skip using powder and allow the little bottom to air out you can still create your own natural product to use. Combine one cup of arrowroot powder with one tablespoon of ground dried chamomile and one tablespoon of dried lavender. This powder keeps your baby’s bottom dry and prevents bacteria from thriving on his skin.

Baby shampoos often contain traces of harmful chemicals. But you can make your own natural baby shampoo very easily by taking fresh rosemary a half pint of distilled water four and a half ounces of UNSCENTED baby shampoo with four drops of fresh rosemary essential oil. Slowly boil the rosemary in the distilled water for thirty minutes; strain into a container. Add the essential oil and shampoo and shake to mix.

You should know that essential oils are great for moisturizing the skin and for healing irritations or rashes of the skin. Tea tree oil is good for an antibacterial. Both aloe vera and calendula have anti inflammatory properties and ease discomfort.

As you investigate the properties of the different ingredients for organic baby products for skin care, you will find that you’ll be able to create organic products easily and inexpensively, particularly if you have fun growing your own herbs. Your infant will love the wonderful feeling of using these natural products, and you’ll be happy to know you are making your own natural products to take the best care of your child.

Rosacea

Rosacea Home Treatment to Remedy Rosacea Symptoms

By Ann Williams

Rosacea home treatments can be more effective, in some cases than over the counter treatments or expensive drugs that people get prescriptions for through the doctors office. Rosacea can be treated with over the counter medicines or prescription drugs, but much of the treatment for rosacea is preventative.

To date, there is no known cure for rosacea. But doctors and medical professionals have found some treatments that seem to work for the majority of people. While there are antibiotics available, some people prefer to explore natural alternatives.

Rosacea home treatments can be as simple as staying away from spicy foods, or putting sunscreen on. Some sources site home remedies like apple cider vinegar taken orally, or oatmeal rinses applied topically to the affected areas. Others will advice people to go to the doctor for prescription antibiotics, prescribed orally and topically. While the drugs do work, they can lose their effectiveness over time, and can be very costly in the long run. Studies have been done with organic or herbal remedies like green tree cream or benzoyle peroxide, among others, that can provide relief from the redness and other sometimes painful symptoms that rosacea can cause.

While these products can work differently for different people, providing relief to a minimal or large degree, the most effective treatments seem to fall under diet and prevention.

One very simple rosacea home treatment is diet. It has been proven that diet can influence rosacea, due to the level of acidity that is more prominent in rosacea sufferers. With a low-protein diet, rosacea can be controlled. A low-protein diet can be something as simple as a diet high in vegetables, with some fruit. If a person adds plenty of water to this diet, the skin will show positive results in a very short period of time, with skin that renews itself quicker and that has a natural, healthy shine.

Since there are known factors that cause rosacea flareups and outbreaks, a person can also stay away from these factors, while eating a low-protein diet for an even more effective rosacea home treatment. These factors include heavy exposure to sunlight, stress or anxiety, alcohol consumption and hot, caffeinated drinks, strenuous exercise, and changes in the weather, such as changes in humidity or the wind, among others.

To avoid these factors and resulting flareups, an individual can choose to wear wide-brimmed hats with a good sunscreen while being outdoors for any length of time. Prolonged exposure to the sun without the added protection can bring the skin to a flush, aggravating pustules and bumps on the skins surface. It can also cause sun damage that can help aggravate the symptoms and visible signs of the condition.

Prolonged anxiety and stress can also cause flareups, adding physical symptoms to an already strained emotional state. People that suffer from rosacea will have stress, just as others do, but it is important to remember to take personal time, if possible, to relax. A short time set aside every day for personal time can help relieve stress and help manage the condition. Stress management can include light exercise that can also help avoid heavy exercise.

Exercising a little each day can relieve the physical tension of stress or anxiety and help the over-all health and well-being of the person with rosacea, leading to less strenuous exercise when hard work is required.

Rosacea home treatments include drugs and topical creams and ointments, but rosacea is treated from the inside of the body, as well.

Stop suffering from rosacea when you don’t have to! This report will show you a natural rosacea skin treatment to get rid of your rosacea that is effective 90% of the time.
